Tmnt Outcast AU: Wanted

I figured our little group of outcasts would have their own WANTED posters. And obviously if it's not the old west era, then you'd avoid that that type of poster, so I put together my own. 
I guessed if they found out her last name, they'd probably tract down her family, so let's just say they'll (somehow) find out her first name...but that'll all they'll ever known  
Also yes I changed the necklace to a choker cuz it's just easier with the black sweater and all
